Haibane Renmei, Complete Series

reki with wingsIf I could sum up Haibane Renmei in a few words it would be: vanilla ice cream. Why vanilla ice cream? I would say that, though the short series was a pleasant distraction and a nice change of pace from the action and blood packed series I’m used to, it was a little bland and not very thrilling. Just wanted to say that J International Food has increased their variety and supply of Japanese sweets if not Japanese crackers and snacks. The Pocky selection has gotten better and they have a few more varieties of Kasugai and Lotte candies. You still have to search the store, though, to find all the different types of candies, as it’s still a disorganized store.... Continue Reading...
