AOL Video is offering the entire Bubblegum Crisis series (the 1987 release, not the 1999 remake) for free viewing and download. There is a major caveat. Both viewing and downloads are limited to the US (probably due to licensing restrictions). To view, you need a recent version of Flash Player (Adobe). To download, you need a Windows PC (videos are DRM protected). Mac users have a work around if they have an Intel Mac, Windows (XP or Vista), and Boot Camp (or Parallels Desktop).

Yes, I was a bit surprised to see this. Too bad it is restricted to US residents.
It is interesting to see the other free offerings…US cartoons from the classic
(Rocky & Bullwinkle and Tom & Jerry) to the sort-of classic (Magilla Gorilla
and Wally Gator).
